How to adapt a global campaign into internal materials that feel close, useful, and aligned with PepsiCo’s flexible and people-centered work culture?

“Work That Works” is a global internal campaign from PepsiCo that encourages flexible working models tailored to each team’s needs. Based on an existing key visual, we created a full set of internal communication materials including newsletters, virtual meeting backgrounds, digital guides, manuals, and PowerPoint templates. The challenge was to maintain brand consistency while making the content engaging, accessible, and usable in everyday internal routines. The result is a cohesive visual system that reinforces the campaign’s message in a clear and approachable way.
