Visual system for Nubank’s BPOs

Experiential design and visual identity for Nubank's customer service centers.

Produced by: Notebrand + Estúdio Plana

How do you create visual unity across different structures, in different locations, with different teams — while still preserving the spirit of a shared culture?

That was the starting point for the identity project of Nubank’s Satellites, the brand’s customer service centers. The proposal needed to be scalable, applicable to multiple environments, and aligned with the company’s core values.

We began by designing a logo that would serve not just as a graphic signature, but as a system — an adaptable model capable of naming each Satellite while maintaining visual cohesion. The identity had to function as a language, not a standalone piece.

With that foundation in place, we moved on to the rollouts: space design, culture-driven objects, and everyday items — like t-shirts, water bottles, and tote bags.

The result is a project that organizes, strengthens, and expresses Nubank’s presence in physical workspaces, with both visual consistency and flexible application.
